Whizz AI

AI that detects, then acts inside your rules

On your data. In your systems. With the evidence kept.

AI-powered means different things. Here is what it means for us: it detects on the hotel’s own data, acts only in ways the hotel has configured, writes the result back into the systems the hotel already runs, and keeps a record of what it saw and did.

Our position on AI

AI that detects on the hotel’s own data, acts inside the hotel’s rules, writes back to the systems the hotel already runs, and keeps the evidence.

Five steps, the same every time. When a guest accepts an upgrade, WhizzCRM updates the reservation in Opera Cloud through OHIP, one of 230+ integrations. On a PMS connected one way, the request goes to your team to fulfil, and we say so.

  1. Step 1

    Read

The hotel’s own PMS, engine, loyalty and CRM data, and the live price the guest is shown on Booking.com.

    • Guest profileGold, 4 stays
    • Rate planExecutive Suite
    • Booking.com$186 on mobile
  2. Step 2

    Decide

A score or a detection, handed to the rule the hotel configured. The rule decides.

    Upgrade likelihood 78%

    Riverside rule: offer above 70%

    Rule met. Proposed action.

  3. Step 3

    Act

The action the rule allows: an offer, a matched rate, a draft, a message on the channel the hotel chose.

    Executive Suite

    Upgrade with points, pre-arrival

  4. Step 4

    Write back

The result lands in the systems the hotel already runs: engine, loyalty, CRM, CMS, and the PMS where connected.

    • Reservation updated in the PMS 10:03

Where it runs

Four surfaces. All built, all live.

AI is not a product we sell on its own. It runs inside four places in the platform. For each one: what it detects, what the hotel’s rule does about it, and what it needs to be connected to.

Live on any OTABooking engine only

PriceMatch

Booking Engine

Detects the price the guest is actually shown, on rate, geo, device and member fare, live. Applies the response the hotel configured. Keeps a snapshot.

Detected

Lower served price found

A guest on a phone in Germany is being shown Lakeside’s Deluxe Room for the same dates at a lower price on Booking.com than on Lakeside’s own site.

Activated

Configured response applied

PriceMatch applied the response Lakeside configured for a mobile, member-fare mismatch, and kept a snapshot of both prices. The guest booked direct.

Whizz AI

Whizz AI suggests, you choose

Whizz AI reads your own website data and proposes one of each play, ranked by bookings gained, never by conversion rate alone. Grow and Protect add no discount and no extra guest incentive cost, and work on any booking engine. That is about incentives, not the software. Rescue stays inside a limit head office sets. You choose what goes live.

Whizz AI analysed 3,412 visits to BW Riverside Hotel last night

3 suggestions, ranked by bookings gained. You choose what goes live.

Rules from head office

  • PriceMatch AI matches or beats any OTA
  • Urgency only from real availability
  • One notification per visit
Whizz AI proposal 1 of 3: Grow, welcome back returning German visitors with a member perk.
Whizz AI proposal 2 of 3: Protect cost, show metasearch arrivals a match or beat of the OTA plus breakfast for members.
Whizz AI proposal 3 of 3: Rescue stays, bring back guests who started a booking and left.

Segments below the size rule are ignored. Nothing is proposed on a sample too small to measure.

Booking attribution is claimed only where an engine capture is in place.

Where the proposals go

Whizz AI is the intelligence. Booking Booster puts it to work.

Booking Booster is the AI orchestration layer for direct-booking conversion. It uses Whizz AI to propose, coordinate and measure the notifications visitors see on the hotel’s website and booking engine.

Written from the facts

Every line a draft contains names the data it came from.

The guest profile, the rate plan, the review, the room record. The hotel edits, approves and publishes. Nothing publishes without the hotel.

Setup, with approval

AI that sets up, people who approve

AI does the setup, your team stays in control: AI drafts, you choose what goes live, every AI change is logged and can be undone.

The slow part of running a hotel’s systems is the setup: rate plans, extras, translations, a new property. AI drafts it from what the hotel already has. You choose what a guest sees and what goes live. Examples use our demo property, BW Riverside Hotel.

  1. 01

Create a rate plan with AI

Describe the rate, AI builds it, you confirm the money.

    • Upload a rate sheet or type it in plain words: “Best Flexible with breakfast, two nights minimum, members only”.
    • AI fills every step of the rate plan as a draft. Anything it cannot find stays blank, with a note saying so.
    • Every money field is confirmed by a person, one by one, before Publish.
  2. 02

    AI check before publish

A second pair of eyes on every rate before guests see it.

    • Catches a member rate set below the chain floor.
    • Catches an extra that is already included in the rate it is sold with, and hides it there.
    • Catches a public price set lower than the member price.
  3. 03

    Create an extra with AI

A new upsell, written in the languages you sell in.

    • Describe it, or upload a menu. AI writes the name, the description and the translations.
    • Photos are picked from the hotel’s own library.
    • AI suggests the moments to sell it, such as late check-out at the booking confirmation.
  4. 04

    AI log and undo

The answers chains, IT and security teams ask for.

    • Every AI value records who asked, when, and from which file.
    • One click removes every value the AI wrote.
    • AI is on or off per chain, per hotel and per feature.
  5. 05

    AI onboarding

A new hotel set up from what it already has.

    • AI reads the hotel’s website, its listing pages and its fact sheet.
    • Taxes, fees and times arrive as “found, please confirm”, never as facts.
    • AI drafts, staff approve. In the booking engine and in WhizzCRM.

Running today, alongside them

  • PriceMatch AI

Checks the price a guest is shown on any OTA, live, and the direct engine matches or beats it, with the same extras, plus points and perks. Every match is logged with evidence.

    See PriceMatch →
  • AI chat on the hotel website

Guests ask their questions on the hotel’s own website and the chat answers there, so the conversation stays direct.

Loyalty, the AI-powered CRM and PriceMatch AI: the most powerful combination.

Loyalty gives the guest a reason to book direct. The AI-powered CRM knows the guest and brings them back with the one right offer. PriceMatch AI removes the last reason to book elsewhere: it matches or beats the OTA price, plus your perks on top. Together they close the loop: win the first booking, keep the guest, win every booking after.

Assistants

When the guest asks an AI assistant

More guests start a trip by asking an assistant rather than a search box. The hotel’s direct rate should be what the assistant finds.

What is true today

  • 01Our own site welcomes AI crawlers by name in its robots file and publishes a machine-readable summary at /.well-known/llms.txt.
  • 02The hotel websites we build are legible to the same crawlers: plain structure and real text for every room and offer.
  • 03PriceMatch keeps the direct rate the one worth finding, so an assistant that reads the hotel’s own site reads the right price.

A posture, not a product. We do not sell an AI visibility service, and we do not publish a visibility score we cannot measure.

Questions owners ask

Six questions, straight answers.

Is Whizz AI a separate product?

No. It is the capability inside four surfaces the platform already runs: PriceMatch, Whizz AI recommendations in WhizzCRM, the WhizzSite writing assistant, and review replies.

Is my data safe?

SOC 2 Type II held. ISO 27001 in progress. The hotel is the controller, BookingWhizz the processor. The property’s guest, rate and booking data stays in the property’s account. It is not pooled, resold or used to train anything for another hotel.

Does the AI ever change a rate on its own?

No. PriceMatch reports the price a guest was actually shown and applies a response the hotel configured. It never sets a rate on its own, and it never tunes its own rules.

What happens when PriceMatch finds a lower price?

Live detection runs on all major OTAs. The response the hotel configured is applied: the public rate is matched, member value is carried in points and perks, and a snapshot of both prices is kept.

Who approves a review reply or a page draft?

The hotel. Drafts are written from the facts the hotel holds, and each line shows its source. The manager edits, approves and publishes. Nothing publishes without the hotel.

What does the guest see?

Only what the hotel chose to put live: a message on a channel the hotel chose, with the offer the hotel set. No AI talks to a guest outside the hotel’s rules.

WhizzAudit runs on your own numbers and shows you what the four surfaces would find and act on today.
